Reservation Policy:
To confirm your reservation you have to prepay the 20% of the total cost of your reservation.
Cancellations Policy:
* In case of a cancellation 20 days before the arrival the prepaid amount is returned.
* In case of a cancellation later than 20 days before the arrival, the prepaid amount is retained.
Charging Policy:
Pets are not allowed in our apartments.
